SHIPPING POLICY

We charge shipping based off of the US postal service standards.

Shipping is based off of the weight of each item and the speed of shipping desired.

All products are made to order. Production time may take anywhere between 7-14 days depending on the size and volume of orders. Shipping time begins after the order has been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product within the 30 days we are happy to return or exchange the product.

All custom products such as initial bracelets, birth flower necklaces, custom ornaments, etc. are final sale.
